Magic Island Dive Resort

Magic Island Dive Resort is located in the quiet southern part of the Moalboal peninsula. From the resort we oversee the mountains of Cebu island and the island of Negros. Nestled in between tropical gardens, there are 10 bungalows with private balconies waiting for you.

We’ll take you to the most beautiful diving spots in Moalboal, Cebu, like the most populair dive site Pescador Island, only 10 minutes away from Magic Island. Along the coastline of Moalboal, only 5 minutes away by boat, you can find the enormous Sardine Bait Ball, which is here every day, the whole year around!

Walk from the dive center straight into the water, for a dive by day or night on our fabulous house reef to see beautiful corals, massive sea fans, nudibranchs, turtles and much more! Every night during sunset, you can enjoy the amazing mating ritual of the Mandarin fish here – the ultimate challenge for underwater photographers!

“Lovely staff, great diving and guides!”

“This was our second group stay at Magic Island Dive Resort and again it didn’t disappoint :). We had an awesome experience with the whalesharks in Oslob (Manuel is a great guide!) and the diving on the house reef is pristine (we found 11 turtles in one dive and lots of macro stuff, like harlequin pipefish, frogfish, nudibranchs, little shrimps etc). The staff is just excellent, the juices are to die for and the bar is great at night time (or in the afternoon with the view of course).
